All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Mangalore Jewellery Works. You will receive a confirmation via email once the order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, errors in pricing, or payment discrepancies. Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or net banking through secure payment gateways.

4. Cancellation and Returns

• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order any time before dispatch without any penalty. If the product has already been dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled.

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days for unused, unworn jewellery with no signs of damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Custom jewellery and personalized orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Timeline: We commit to dispatching orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days depending on the location. No international shipping is available at this time.

• Shipping Charges: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Shipping Liability: Mangalore Jewellery Works is not liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Warranties

Mangalore Jewellery Works makes no warranties regarding the operation of the website or the accuracy of the information provided. We disclaim all liability for any damages that may arise from your use of the website or products purchased, except as expressly provided by applicable Indian law.
